While I had high hopes for a successful collaboration, I must regretfully state that my experience with Maria Fernanda Guzman has been far from satisfactory. There are several issues that I feel compelled to address

Poor Planning and Placement The initial planning and placement of the house on the lot were subpar, resulting in a layout that does not meet our expectations or functional needs. This has led to significant challenges during the construction process.

Lack of Timely Inspections There were repeated delays and issues with timely inspections during the construction phase. These delays have led to additional costs and numerous complications that could have been avoided with a more responsive approach.

Lack of Responsiveness Regrettably, I found responsiveness to our concerns to be lacking. Communication has been a consistent problem throughout the project, making it difficult to address issues promptly.

Unprofessionalism I had expected a high level of professionalism from an architect of your caliber. However, the unprofessional conduct displayed by your team has left me deeply disappointed.
